Full Planning

This is for busy couples who feel overwhelmed, have demanding jobs, businesses, school schedules, large or complex wedding, destination weddings, and couples who want a stress-free wedding. 


 

-  Coordinator present for all vendor meetings with the clients.

-  Site visits and vendor coordination.

-  Point person to vendors throughout.

-  Unlimited meetings.

-  Budget development.

-  Eighteen (18) months to one (1) year of planning.

-  Includes design of the wedding with vendors.

 - Initial design consultation to determine the overall look and color scheme.

-  Assisting the Clients in choosing wedding decorations from Coordinator’s inventory.

-  Flat-fee pricing is determined based on information provided in the initial consultation; significant increases or decreases in guest numbers, pieces needed, paper/embellishment choices, etc., may result in additional fees.

 -  Initial consultation to explain the planning and coordination process.

-  Unlimited email communication from date of contract.

- Advise on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget.

-  Thirty days prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services.

-  Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any payment due one week prior to the ceremony.

 -  Scheduling initial consultation to get a complete understanding of your event and needs.

-  Unlimited communication via phone, email, and text.

-  Walk through of ceremony and reception location.

-  Event design and floor plan.

-  Create a custom timeline for the day of with the bride and groom.

-  Organize wedding rehearsal.

-  Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to all provided vendors two weeks prior to wedding.

 -  Up to eight (8) hours of service on your wedding day.

-  Manage wedding vendors per your instructions; available in person and by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

-  Manage wedding party.

-  Provide timelines to all listed vendors.

-  One errand available. (Breakfast, pick up order such as florals ect)

-  Have a special bag ready for the photographer to grab for pictures (goodie bag) of the shoes, rings, invites, jewelry and all other wanted items.

-  Do an overview of the day with the DJ prior to the ceremony/reception.

-  Keep venue, DJ, photographer, caterer ect on track.

-  Manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony and reception sites.

-  Organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests.

-  Facilitate the wedding ceremony.

-  Provide a private area for the bride and groom to go after the ceremony for 5 minutes to enjoy alone before pictures.

-  Organize your family photo list in four groups (each bride & groom’s parent’s sides) and start with biggest group shot first to and help the photographer filter down.

-  Any last-minute decorating/fine tuning needed including lighting candles, ect.

-  Moving flowers/décor from ceremony to reception. (At same location)

-  Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception.

-  Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances.

-  Make sure assigned people in charge of getting cards/gifts go to the proper place afterwards to secure them

-  Additional tasks can be provided when approved and prior to wedding.

Day of Coordination

This is for couples who book their own venue and vendors, don't want parents, siblings, or friends to have to worry about any tasks, multiple vendors, and who want a stress-free wedding.


 

- Scheduling initial consultation to get a complete understanding of your event and needs.

-  Three meetings included. (First meeting, halfway point, and final meeting)

- Unlimited communication via phone, email, and text.

- Walk through of ceremony and reception location.

- Event design and floor plan.

- Create a custom timeline for the day of with the bride and groom.

-  Organize wedding rehearsal.

-  Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to all provided vendors two weeks prior to wedding.

This is for couples who already started planning, couples who need guidance, want professional support but still want control, and couples who only need help with a few tasks.


 

- Includes two meetings. (initial meeting and final meeting with venue walk through)

- Up to four (4) hours of service on your wedding day.

- Unlimited communication via phone, email, and text for the month of the wedding.

-  Walk through of ceremony and reception location.

-  Available in person and by telephone during the four (4) hours to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

-  Assist with venders arriving and directing and vendors with set up.

- Manage all duties within the four (4) hours.

-  Additional tasks can be provided when approved and prior to wedding.
